License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Flinzo iOS application ("the app"). By downloading or using Flinzo, you agree to this EULA. This agreement is between you and Flinzo only — not with Apple — and Flinzo is solely responsible for the app and its content.

License

Flinzo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.

Age requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use Flinzo. The app is rated 17+ because it provides dating-related and suggestive content. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Flinzo uses AI to generate message suggestions and coaching. There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or harmful content. You agree not to use the app to:

• Harass, threaten, deceive, stalk, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Create or solicit sexual, romantic, or dating content involving minors.
• Pressure someone, ignore consent, or manipulate someone into a situation they do not want.
• Generate hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, or illegal content.

AI replies are produced automatically and may occasionally be inappropriate. If you see a suggestion you find objectionable, report it directly in the app (press and hold the reply, then choose "Report reply"). We review every report and act within 24 hours, removing violating content and ejecting users who provide abusive material. Continued misuse results in termination of your access.

AI-generated content

Suggestions are generated by AI and offered as ideas, not professional advice. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for what you choose to send.

Subscription

Flinzo offers one optional auto-renewing subscription: Flinzo Pro Weekly for $9.99/week with a 3-day free trial, where available. It is billed through your Apple ID. See our Terms of Service for full billing details.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flinzo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or from any message you choose to send. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.

Third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
