How does the free version work?
The free version lets you analyze one chat screenshot per day so you can see exactly how Flinzo works, using the Flirty and Friendly tones. Live Coach and Voice Coach are part of Flinzo Pro.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in with Apple, Google, or email so your sessions are saved securely to your profile and synced across your devices. You can delete your account and all its data anytime from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
What's included in Flinzo Pro?
Pro unlocks the Casual, Sensual, and Conversational tones, First Message openers, the Live AI Coach, the Voice Coach, and daily limits of 15 screenshot analyses, 15 coach messages, and 12 voice replies. The only paid plan is Flinzo Pro Weekly: $9.99/week with a 3-day free trial, where available.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The Flinzo Pro Weekly subscription is managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Flinzo, and choose Cancel. You can cancel anytime, including during the free trial.
Is my data private?
Your sessions are stored privately in your own account and are only accessible to you while signed in. AI features send the screenshots, text, voice audio, and transcripts you choose to submit through our secure backend and OpenAI to generate your result. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
The app isn't generating replies — what do I do?
First, make sure you have an internet connection. If the problem continues, try closing and reopening the app, or email us at [email protected] and we'll help.
