Welcome to Flinzo. By downloading or using the Flinzo iOS application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Flinzo

You must be at least 17 years old to use Flinzo. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your account

Flinzo requires an account so your sessions can be saved and synced securely. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What Flinzo does

Flinzo is an AI-powered assistant that helps you write messages, analyze conversations, and practice your communication. To provide these features, the screenshots, text, audio, and transcripts you choose to submit may be processed by our secure backend and AI provider. The suggestions Flinzo provides are generated by AI and are offered as ideas, not as professional advice. You are responsible for what you choose to send.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flinzo to:

• Harass, threaten, deceive, stalk, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Create sexual, romantic, or dating content involving minors.
• Use Flinzo to pressure someone, ignore consent, or manipulate someone into a situation they do not want.
• Break any law or platform rule that applies to you.

AI replies are generated automatically. If you ever see a suggestion you find objectionable, you can report it directly from the app (press and hold the reply, then choose "Report reply"). We review reports, remove content that violates these Terms, and may terminate access for misuse.

Subscription and payments

Flinzo offers a limited number of free uses and one optional paid plan: Flinzo Pro Weekly for $9.99 per week with a 3-day free trial, where available. Flinzo Pro unlocks additional features and higher daily limits. The subscription is billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Pricing may vary by region based on Apple's storefront and taxes.

AI-generated content

Because responses are generated by AI, they may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suited to your situation. Use your own judgement before acting on any suggestion. Flinzo is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, therapeutic, or safety advice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Flinzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or from any message you choose to send.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
