How does the free version work?
Free gives you one generation every day. Use it on Screenshot Analysis or First Message. Your daily allowance resets automatically and does not carry over.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in with Apple, Google, or email so your sessions are saved securely and synced to your profile. You can delete your account and active account content from Settings - Account - Delete Account, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
What's included in Flinzo Pro?
Pro unlocks all five tones, three reply options per result, Live AI Coach, Voice Practice, and higher daily limits: 15 shared Screenshot Analysis or First Message generations, 15 coach messages, and 12 voice turns per day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Flinzo Pro Weekly is managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Flinzo, and choose Cancel. You can cancel anytime, including during the free trial.
Is my data private?
You choose what to submit. AI features process the screenshots, text, voice audio, and transcripts you confirm through Flinzo's authenticated backend and AI provider to generate your result. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
The app is not generating replies. What should I do?
Check your internet connection first. If the issue continues, close and reopen the app, then email us with the feature name and any error message you saw.
