What's a credit?

1 credit = 1 minute of source video, rounded up to the next whole minute. Very short videos have a small minimum, and you always see the exact number first.

Top-up credit packs

One-time packs for a month that ran long. Credits from a pack stay valid for 12 months from purchase, including after you change plan. You can spend them while you have an active subscription.

Questions about billing

• How do I cancel?

  One click in Account → Billing. No retention screen, no survey, no phone call, and no deadline — you can cancel up to the last second of the period. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel in Account.

• When do I get credits back?

  Automatically, whenever we fail you: a job that errors out, a project where we cannot produce a usable clip, a server-side failure, or processing that runs past 90 minutes. Revision turns cost 0 credits, so a clip you do not like never costs you a second charge. New subscribers also get a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment if 10% or less of the monthly credits were used. Read the refund policy.

• What happens to credits I do not use?

  Monthly plan credits roll over for one month, and your balance is capped at two months of your plan's allowance. Credits bought in a top-up pack are valid for 12 months from purchase, survive a plan change, and survive cancellation.

• How do top-ups work?

  A pack is a one-time purchase on any plan while your subscription is active. Plan credits are spent first, pack credits after. A pack costs more per credit than a plan, so if you need one every month, upgrading is the cheaper move.

• Is there a free plan or trial?

  No. Every plan is paid from the first month, which keeps processing fast for paying creators. You can open the sample project before subscribing to see exactly what you get, and the 7-day guarantee covers your first payment.

• Is there an annual plan?

  No. Every plan is monthly, so there is no annual commitment to forget about and no yearly charge to be surprised by.
